This committee is:

• Responsible for developing, monitoring the implementation, and reviewing of policy.
• Responsible for providing Trustees and beneficiaries with people-building opportunities.
• Independent of the Trustees committee.
• Directly responsible to the Trustees committee.

This committee’s duties are to:

• Assess the training needs of the people involved with the Marae
• Produce a training development plan
• Oversee the implementation of the development plan
• Provide monitoring advice to the Trustees
• Work with the investment team to secure appropriate levels of resourcing to implement the plan

This committee meets as required and provides a monthly written report on activities.
