Manaaki Whare Komiti
This committee is:
- Responsible for overseeing the establishment of new and maintenance of existing buildings on the Marae.
- Responsible for new and maintenance of existing utility needs on the Marae, e.g. roading, power,water etc
- Independent of the Trustee’s committee
- Directly responsible to the Trustee’s committee
This committee’s duties are to:

- Provide project management advice to the Trustees.
- Develop project plans, tender documents, recruitment policies, job descriptions, contracts, budgets etc, and submit them to Trustees for consideration and approval.
- Work with the investment team to secure appropriate levels of resourcing to implement plans.
This committee meets as required and provides a monthly written report on activities
